Standard Form (numbers)

Standard Form can have two meanings:

1. General Definition:
The usual way of writing numbers using digits (e.g., 3,560 instead of three thousand five hundred sixty).

2. Scientific Notation:
Where a number is written in two parts: first the digits with the decimal point placed after the first digit, followed by ×10 to a power that puts the decimal point back where it should be.
