Conditional Statement

An "if ... then ..." statement.

It has a hypothesis and a conclusion like this:

if hypothesis then conclusion

Example:
• Hypothesis: "It rains today."
• Conclusion: "The ground will be wet."
• Conditional Statement: "If it rains today, then the ground will be wet."
